Antwerp Diamond Market (ADM) is a curated marketplace bringing together verified jewelers from Antwerp’s historic diamond district. ADM verifies each seller, requests certificate numbers, and processes payments through secure channels.

You can reserve a piece online, visit the shop to see it in person within 48 business hours, or finalize your purchase online without meeting the seller face-to-face.

Both options are available. Each product is clearly marked as Natural Earth-Mined or Certified Lab-Grown, and the certificate type (GIA/HRD/IGI) is shown. ADM guarantees that only certified diamonds are listed — uncertified items cannot appear in the shop.

Copy the Certificate No from the product page and paste it into the verification page of the corresponding laboratory (GIA, HRD, IGI, etc.). If it doesn’t match, do not purchase and report the listing to ADM.

Yes. Once you place your order, the diamond is reserved for 48 business hours. You may visit the listed shop in Antwerp, inspect it, and decide to buy or cancel your reservation. If you do not confirm within the timeframe, the reservation expires automatically.

Some jewelry and diamond items do not have a fixed price listed because their value depends on the daily gold and diamond market rates. Prices can change within minutes, and displaying a static amount may not reflect the actual real-time value.

To receive an accurate price:

Orders shipped within the EU are usually delivered within 2–5 business days via insured courier (FedEx, Malca-Amit or Brinks). Tracking details will be provided once the parcel leaves the jeweler’s office.

Yes. All ADM shipments are 100% insured and require signature upon delivery. ID verification may be requested for high-value items.

Yes. “Pick-up in Antwerp” is available by appointment. Please bring your ID and order confirmation.

For security reasons, address changes are only possible before the jeweler dispatches the order. After shipping, the address is locked.

Standard items may be returned within 14 days, provided the security seal is intact and the piece is unused.

Custom, engraved, or resized jewelry cannot be returned, but we offer one free resizing service.

Items collected directly in store are considered final sales.
