All purchases are made as one-time transactions. No recurring payments or subscription cancellation terms apply.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are handled in accordance with our Return & Adjustment Policy and applicable consumer protection law.

For custom, personalized, bespoke, or made-to-order jewelry, production may begin after the order and specifications have been confirmed. Once production has commenced, cancellation rights may be limited in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
