Shipping Policy

Secure & Insured Delivery
All online orders are shipped from Antwerp, Belgium, via insured professional couriers such as Malca-Amit, FedEx, or other certified logistics partners specialized in high-value goods.
Each shipment is fully insured until it is safely received and signed for by the customer.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
If the selected jewelry piece has been sold but the customer wishes to order the same model, it will be handcrafted again within 5 days in our Antwerp workshop and shipped on the 6th day via insured express courier.

Made-to-Order Jewelry
Each made-to-order piece is produced by our certified goldsmiths using the same design, materials, and certified stones as the original model.
This ensures identical quality and authenticity while maintaining Antwerp’s tradition of fine craftsmanship.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
Complimentary express shipping may be offered for high-value purchases or verified clients, at our discretion.

Delivery Time

  • Belgium & EU: 1–3 business days (express insured courier)

  • UK & Switzerland: 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–7 business days, depending on customs clearance

All parcels require signature upon delivery. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or unverified addresses.

Packaging
Each jewelry piece is packaged in its original Antwerp Diamond Market presentation box, sealed inside a tamper-evident security bag with a unique serial number.
This seal must remain intact until the customer confirms satisfaction with the item.
If the seal is broken, Antwerp Diamond Market assumes the item has been accepted as delivered and verified.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees applicable in their country.
We provide all necessary documentation (invoice, certificate, and declaration) to ensure smooth customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are insured for their full declared value.
In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, Antwerp Diamond Market will coordinate directly with the courier and insurance provider to resolve the claim.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt if you suspect damage or tampering.
