By accessing or purchasing from our website www.antwerpdiamondmarket.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our Services.
1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Prices, availability, and product descriptions may change without notice.
All online transactions are processed securely through Shopify or verified merchant payment gateways.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
For security reasons, Antwerp Diamond Market may request additional identity verification before processing high-value orders, reservations, account modifications, or product releases.
2. Marketplace Structure & Responsibility
Antwerp Diamond Market operates as a curated marketplace connecting customers with certified Antwerp jewelers.
Antwerp Diamond Market acts solely as an intermediary platform facilitating transactions between customers and independent Sellers and is not the direct seller of the products listed.
Each listed product is owned, supplied, and fulfilled by the individual Seller.
The Seller is solely responsible for:
• Product availability
• Product condition
• Certification authenticity
• Accuracy of product descriptions
• Completing the final sale in their store
Antwerp Diamond Market is responsible for:
• Operating the secure reservation platform
• Verifying participating Sellers
• Providing secure online transaction infrastructure
• Facilitating safe customer–seller coordination
In the event of any conflict between Seller terms and Antwerp Diamond Market policies, ADM policies prevail for all online transactions conducted through the platform.
3. Products & Authenticity
All diamonds and jewelry listed on Antwerp Diamond Market must be authentic and certified by recognized gemological institutes, including but not limited to:
• GIA (Gemological Institute of America)
• HRD Antwerp
• IGI (International Gemological Institute)
Items are delivered in tamper-evident sealed packaging with unique serial numbers corresponding to their certificates.
Any evidence of certificate tampering, mismatched serial numbers, or altered documentation will void all guarantees and may result in rejection of claims.
4. Reservation & Deposit Terms
Customers may reserve an item online for up to 48 hours by paying a 20% deposit.
During this period, the customer may visit the Seller’s Antwerp showroom to inspect the item.
If the customer confirms the purchase or does not cancel the reservation within 48 hours, the reservation becomes a confirmed sale, and the remaining balance may be charged to the original payment method.
If the customer visits the showroom within 48 hours and decides not to proceed with the purchase, the deposit will be fully refunded.
If no visit or cancellation occurs within the reservation period, the deposit becomes part of the confirmed order.
Items may be collected after full payment has been received.
5. Returns & Resizing
In-Store Purchases
All purchases made in store are final sale.
No returns or exchanges are accepted.
Online Purchases
Due to the certified and high-value nature of diamond jewelry, general returns are not accepted.
Customers may request one resizing adjustment (rings or bracelets) within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unworn
• The tamper-evident seal remains intact
• The original certificate and invoice are returned
• Serial numbers match the documentation
Items that are worn, altered, damaged, opened, or previously resized are not eligible for resizing.
All resizing requests must be reviewed and approved by Antwerp Diamond Market before processing.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights where applicable under law.
6. Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are handled through insured professional courier services, including but not limited to:
• Malca-Amit
• Brinks
• FedEx
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and courier operations.
Antwerp Diamond Market is not responsible for delays caused by:
• customs processing
• courier operational issues
• force majeure events
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the item has been delivered to the courier or collected in person.
7. Payment & Billing
Full payment must be completed before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By providing payment information, you authorize Antwerp Diamond Market to charge the full purchase amount or remaining balance under the deposit agreement.
Fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious transactions may be reported to financial institutions or relevant authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antwerp Diamond Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:

• images
• logos
• product descriptions
• design elements
is the intellectual property of Antwerp Diamond Market.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of this content is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Belgium.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
